When we started Journey Further (2017) our vision was to create the Clarity at Speed agency that could take on the biggest and most respected agencies (with a disruptive approach) and win. We had no team, no clients and no proof that our approach would work. It did.

We believe that Creator Marketing is integral for brands to successfully resonate with audiences. We take Creator Marketing to the next level by combining best-in-class insights, industry leading channel expertise, proprietary and third-party technology with a deep understanding of how humans think and behave - and then supercharge content through paid and owned channels. 

We partner brands with content creators to produce authentic content that builds a connection with their target audience, whatever the platform.

To help grow our proposition further, we are looking for a passionate Creator

What you will do

  • Build and maintain relationships with content creators and influencers across platforms and industries, presenting creators with brand partnership opportunities with our portfolio of clients
  • Work directly with client stakeholders to lead on campaigns, from creator/influencer research, identification and vetting, through to creative briefing, negotiation, management and reporting - utilising our creator/influencer management tools and your own creator relationships
  • Understand the role Paid Social plays in the wider social strategy and confidently communicate this with clients and internal teams
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ideate creative concepts to meet brand objectives and KPIs
  • Develop an overarching strategy for amplifying creator content across social platforms based on client KPIs, and brief internal activation teams
  • Educate clients and colleagues on the importance of creator marketing through content creation for the agency’s LinkedIn, TikTok and internal communications
  • Stay on top of social trends and the latest customer attitudes to inform creator and social strategies

  • You have at least two years of experience in creator marketing
  • You have a passion for creator marketing and all things social
  • You understand the role Paid Social plays in the wider social strategy and how creator content fits into this
  • You love building a rapport with people and have experience building productive relationships
  • You have a natural creative flair
  • You understand how to utilise new industry developments and technology
  • You’re a confident communicator, always striving to surprise and delight your clients
  • You’re self-motivated and ambitious with a positive "can-do" attitude
  • You love staying on top of relevant news and trends, using this data to bring exciting creative concepts to life
  • You might have experience using third-party tools such as Tagger, Captiv8 and TikTok Creator Marketplace
